To begin with, let me wish you that 2021 turns out better than not just 2020 but better than any previous year!
Is one of your New Year’s resolutions, to increase and sustain your happiness and fulfillment? Then please do join Swati Desai and me on an 8-week long online guided meditation workshop. It is structured around the 7 happiness habits that I discuss in my book, If You’re So Smart, Why Aren’t You Happy? and (free) online course, A Life Of Happiness And Fulfillment.
The workshop begins tomorrow Saturday, January 9th, at 10:00 am Central Time (9:30 pm IST; 4:00 pm GMT). It will take place on this Zoom link (you’ll need a zoom account to attend and it’s free and easy to get an account.) In order to attend the workshop, please register here. The workshop is free, but if you want to, you may donate (at any time) for a good cause here. (The online guided meditation workshop will end on Feb 27th, 2021; so, if you intend to attend all 8 sessions, you should block this time off on your calendar for all 8 Saturdays.)
Each session of the workshop will be divided into roughly three parts, about 20 minutes each: A refresher on the happiness ‘sin’ and ‘habit’, the corresponding mindfulness practice, and a Q&A session.
We will be joined by Elena Skakun, who will help moderate the Q&A part. So please do join the more than 1100 who already have signed up!
