    This exercise involves keeping a daily record - for the next four weeks - of your thoughts and reflections on the events that happened each day. In particular, you will find it useful to reflect on the various concepts discussed in the book, and whether and to what extent the happiness exercises worked for you.


    Maintaining a journal is very useful for a number of reasons, including reflecting on which of the happiness exercises were most useful to you.
